If you have not already done so, please download the trial version from the Trial Balance Pro website.  Open Trial Balance Pro, click on the Help tab at the top, then click on Manage License.  When you purchased Trial Balance Pro, you should have received an email with an order number that looks something like 26XXXX-XXXXXX-XXXX.  That number is your license activation number.  Enter that number, including the dashes, into the license key field and then click activate.  At that point you should be completely operational.
